Trust
With recent changes in the economic climate and so many people have been miss sold properties worldwide, trust is very rare in the property industry and the real estate Agent can sometimes be viewed as some sort of 'crooked dealer' or fraudster.
A lot of mistrust came from Real Estate Agents not having enough product knowledge or the property was not legally owned leaving you the client at a loss.
The common fault for most Real Estate Agents is knowing their client. They just do not understand their clients' needs and try and sell them what suits the Real Estate Agents pocket rather than what suits the client. This is wrong, unfair and will not bring back repeat business.
We are not Real Estate Agents; we maintain relationships with our clients at the start of a transaction and continue to monitor our client's portfolios giving regular updates and pictures of off plan developments at its different stages and current valuations.
We get to know our clients by asking the right questions upfront using our investment planner to really understand what you as a client wish to achieve, so you can trust our recommendations fit your needs and goals.
Due Diligence
When investing overseas it's important to ask the right questions about the development upfront. Without this you are instantly at risk of losing your reservation fee. Your solicitors job is to carry out the full due diligence before you pay your deposit.
Every property we promote must pass our due diligence checks before we can advertise it. We have a series of 'Frequently Asked Questions' which comprises our Due Diligence Questionnaire which is given to developers at the outset, we take no further action on a property until the due diligence questionnaire is completed. This makes our investment properties safe.
From this we have noticed a trend in the market of those developers who would not complete our questionnaire; they have now disappeared!

Social Enterprise
This comes from the heart!
We have a partnership with international charity Habitat for Humanity. For every sale we make, we make a donation towards building homes for those who are homeless or living in poverty housing. In October 2008, we raised enough funds to build 9 houses in the town of Pune in India. That's now 45 people no longer homeless. This year, we'll be making a donation to build homes in Egypt in Cairo, and next year in September our focus turns to Kenya: We'll be raising funds through a sponsored challenge to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and going on to help build homes for 3 days alongside the local people. This unique challenge is open to all.
